In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services exceed the greater of fifty dollars ($50.00) or the total amount you have paid to Economic Media LLC in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CT, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of CT.
